When Report page is launched, it won't go on top of the Windows (stays in the background) Print

[USER Experience] When user opened the report page, before it usually pop-up on top of the currently opened window. Recently, the behavior changed, and when user click the report page, it opens but stays in the background.

Background:

Google Chrome version 72.0.3626.109 update changed the behavior of the pop-up.

Solution:

Lifetrack wrote a Chrome extension which handles window focus events when opening report pages from the Diagnostic Viewer.
