1. Check the Quota details (at the bottom of the page) and make sure that there is sufficient storage. If not on the view, click on Header Control and tick Quota details to display on view. Refresh (F5).
2. If there is no sufficient storage (Quota should be 5digit MB at least), make sure that the user is not logged in using a Guest account or Incognito in Google Chrome.
3. If the user has opened the worklist using the guest account, ask the user to close the window and open a new Google Chrome window. The user should be seeing an icon of a person instead of "Guest"
4. Ask the user to clear cache and browser history, and relaunch the google chrome.
