You can instruct users to change the Status in SUBMITTED status once the study images are complete, the reason for study is provided and that all attachment are added.
This ensures that the radiologist is reading the complete study.

A few other times, we already started adding reports when scans are going on (live); here the above feature is helpful!

Reporting page: The report paperwork reload button should always be there even without any attached document, as report paperwork is often added later. Then the reporting person has to save the report and click refresh / F5 to see the newly added paper.
Following is the example showing RELOAD PAPERWORK button comes after at least one paperwork is there.
